We are currently hiring for the following position at our facility in Everett, WA:
Machine Operator – Ready Frame
The Ready Frame Machine Operator is responsible to set up and operate Ready Frame saws. Competently read all shop paperwork. Stack material coming off saws and transport cut parts via carts or use of a forklift. Bundle/package all necessary parts according to shop paperwork and customer needs.
Responsibilities associated with this position include the following:
Set up, operate and maintain one or more saws.
Work closely with forklift operators regarding materials required. May operate a forklift in moving of bundled packages.
Follow maintenance and cleanup guidelines set by the Supervisor.
Provide guidance and instruction to other employees in demonstrating how to perform tasks and procedures, or to resolve problems.
Interpret work order specifications and ensure that the order is assembled per specifications.
Complete production work assigned.
Maintain high accuracy in measuring, cutting, assembling of all material to complete work order.
Unload, stack, and/or warehouse incoming material. Assist in restocking supplies.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of construction industry experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform tasks in accordance with the standard practices of the trade is required.
