The successful Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking inbound calls, processing orders and answering questions by phone and email and chat. The Customer Service Representative will also enter data entry into the company database and work extensively with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A minimum of 1-2+ years consistent Customer Service Representative experience in a call center environment taking inbound phone calls, chat and email requests is required.
