MENARD INC Marketing Research Analyst in EAU CLAIRE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The main responsibility of the Marketing Research Analyst is to be the expert in quantitative and qualitative market analysis ensuring that Menard, Inc. maximizes the efficiency of all Marketing dollars spent. --Excel in identifying key market statistics, interpreting findings, and assisting the Marketing Manager understand the numbers behind marketing strategies. --In conjunction with finance, create both department and category fiscal advertising budgets --Review marketing schedules identifying areas of opportunities that can increase traffic and sales --Develop reporting to analyze efficiency of all marketing campaigns. --Analyze data making recommendations on any improvements in reporting needed. --Create a forecasting process for advertising and review results identifying where ads were successful in increasing business and where they fell short. --Create recommendations to increase sales for future ads --Review marketing exposure to maximize coverage with the least amount of expense --Other duties as assigned by the Merchandising Controller or Chief Merchant ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: --Bachelor's degree in a business related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing --Proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook --Excellent written and oral communication skills --Excellent analytical skills --Ability to multi-task --Must be able to work full-time with the ability to put in overtime --Travel is required (including air travel) --Relocation to the Eau Claire, WI area is required ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: Menards Employment Office 5138 Old Mill Center Eau Claire, WI 54703 E-Mail a Rsum: kketterh@menard-inc.com Apply Online: www.menards.com/careers Call For Appointment: For additional information please contact Kristy at (715) 876-2175.
