A rare opportunity exists to join us in the role of Technical Project Manager in our East Hartford, CT Facility.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• As a Project Manager on our Development Analytics team, you will own the creation and management of analytics applications and predictive models that are used to effectively handle multi-billion dollar sales and long-term maintenance contracts for Pratt & Whitney's commercial gas turbine engine customers across the globe.

• You will also lead cross-functional teams that include creative professional with impressive careers: engineers, developers, statisticians, business system architects and user experience authorities.

• You'll be planning, tracking and driving all aspects of projects under your purview.

• You will also collaborate with senior executive leadership to ensure that the scope and direction of projects remain consistent with the organization’s goals.

• You will be responsible for facilitating change management activities across all project partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• You have a minimum 7 years of project management and systems development work experience, including experience in systems development paired with equally strong data analysis/analytical skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or other advanced degree in an engineering, physics, math, statistics, computer science or related field of study with 5+ years of professional work experience;

Master of Business Administration degree is strongly preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• You possess a proven history of driving alignment among cross-functional teams including influencing business leadership decision-making

• You can successfully achieve results within a matrixed organizational structure

A Bachelor's degree in an engineering, physics, math, statistics, computer science or related field of study is required.
