Our new leadership role within Industrial Engines in the Commercial Engines Program Office requires your exceptional customer focus, interpersonal skills and strong decision-making ability.

You will be responsible to ensure all details of driving customer relationship/satisfaction are met by focusing on contractual requirements, deliverables, schedule and engineering/quality/operations coordination.

Your job Responsibilities include:

  • Program results and customer happiness

  • Connecting daily with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality, Engine Center and key partners to ensure on-time product and non-product work and quality performance

  • Identification and timely management of program risks, critical customer issues and special projects

  • Supporting ad hoc requests from the Customer with regards to aftermarket operations

  • Handling all aspects of customer order administration for production engines

  • Identifying business opportunities/threats and developing strategies to maintain or grow customer revenue

  • Driving cost reduction initiatives required to achieve financial landmarks as outlined in the contracts

  • Establishing, preparing and delivering periodic program reviews

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' work experience or an Advanced Degree and 7 + years' experience

  • At least 5 years of work experience in any combination of program management, engineering, quality, contracts, operations, procurement and/or supplier management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering or a related field

  • Advanced degree

  • Dedicated customer focus, flexibility and leadership skills

  • Success improving customer focus and relationship management
