Reporting to the EMEA & LATAM Customer Success Director, and based in our EMEA Headquarters in Dublin, you will be part of a senior leadership team who will design, develop and execute on initiatives that put our customer at the heart of what we do. You will retain and inspire our customers to our world class Product Roadmap and inspire our teams to reach their full potential in role. Specifically, you will directly lead, coach & inspire 4 first line Managers of Customer Success, who in turn lead a team of approx. 40 customer success professionals across LATAM, Nordics, Middle East and North Africa, Italy and Spain. Our customer success managers work directly with our clients in both the SMB and Enterprise.

Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Set the vision and strategy for your territory across specific teams

  • Lead and inspire the team while managing to the organisation’s success metrics

  • Partner with our sales team to ensure our clients are receiving a world class experience

  • Develop and implement churn mitigation strategies

  • Drive customer engagement and utilization at scale

  • Drive strong regional / global collaboration within the CSO organisation

  • Partner with our clients to understand the TA ecosystem and how LinkedIn can be best leveraged to meet their business priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years people management experience within customer management, customer success or sales.

  • 2+ years experience of managing managers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing data, trends to identify product or service-growth opportunities

  • Full or native fluency in a Europen language - German, Spanish or Portuguese preferred

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com

  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management and time management skills

  • Ability to inspire great team and individual performance

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
