TMR Inc. seeks a Desk-side Support Regional Manager A (Regional Manager A). The Regional Manager A is responsible for delivering desk-side support services in their assigned region.
It is required that the Regional Manager A have the experience, qualifications, and certifications listed below:
An IAM Level II Certification.
Experience managing desk-side break-fix and service request fulfillment for services and systems with similar requirements in the RFQ.
ITIL Intermediate Level Certified. Please state-related exam/exams.
It is desirable that the Regional Manager A has the following experience, qualifications, and certifications:
Experience managing resources in a dynamic manner to meet SLAs for a Government agency for similar services as required in the RFQ.
Relevant MCSE certification. Please state exam/exams.
A relevant educational degree.
