Honeywell Channel Account Manager in Diegem, Belgium

Channel Account ManagerJoin the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs

Manage product sales to systems integrators and installers to a defined revenue target selling through distribution channels and where applicable, on a direct basis within a defined geographical territory.

The role is that of sales and account management targeting existing and prospective new customers within a defined geographic territory. The role will involve travel, occasional evenings away from home and carries sales and activity targets along with monthly and quarterly objectives. Performance will be measured against a range of given metrics including call rates, opportunities created (both in terms of size and quantity) and reporting tool usage.

This position will only suit a focused and strong sales individual who can prove a successful sales background within the electronic security industry or comparable equivalent.

Your responsibilities will be:

Ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets for the Honeywell Security Group product portfolio.Compiling and maintaining detailed information on customer organizations, key decision makers and key influencers in-order to create and sell Honeywell’s value proposition. Recording same onto SalesForce.com, the company’s reporting tool.Promoting and increasing sales by developing and managing relationships with existing regional installation companies and distribution branches within a given territory. Developing clear, defined action plans for existing major installers and distributors and executing these objectives against an agreed timeline. Winning new business from our competitors by building relationships with their key customers and selling Honeywell’s value proposition and brand.Providing support for the customer including sales calls, sales training, product training and end user product demonstrations.Acquisition of new Installer customers within defined geographical territory to promote sustainable long term growth You are:

5+ years of successful, sales or account management experienceProven track record of growing and sustaining sales year on yearBusiness degree preferred but not mandatory
