Our Mortgage team supports the nation's leading originator and servicer of residential mortgages.

Hours for position are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with later hours (to 8pm) and overtime occasionally required.

This LDS 4 role is responsible for performing complex duties that support the Fulfillment Advantage Support Team (FAST) within Fulfillment. FAST includes Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Deposit (VOD) and the 4506T Audit departments. This LDS 4 position requires 75% productivity and 25% other duties and projects with a mix of productivity, workflow management, reporting and special projects.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform VOE/Cancellation activities including help desk follow up, inquiries from Sales and Fulfillment team members, escalations and workflow assignment duties to support and met requires service level agreements

  • Review, analyze and evaluate loan documents, provide reporting and promote workflow efficiencies

  • Efficiently utilize various loan processing systems, vendor system and internal databases for research of complex issues

  • Exhibit strong customer service skills in communications with sales and fulfillment partners when researching loans and following up on escalated issues

  • Resolve escalated issues in a professional, timely and thorough manner

  • Manage and prioritize pipeline of work to meet requires turn times and service levels. Assist with distribution of work

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for FAST policies and procedures for team members seeking assistance

  • Recognize opportunities and be called upon to take the lead to solution and assist in process improvements

  • May act as a liaison between the FAST team and Vendor(s)

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Strong telephone etiquette skills
