Represent Principal Advisor Network (PAN) with the broker-dealer, compliance and legal to ensure strategies and practices align with goals while improving overall advisor and customer experience.
As the Business Relationship Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
Working directly with the broker-dealer and compliance
Working with our field managers, staff and advisors to understand their needs, challenges, opportunities, etc. in order to be the voice of Principal Advisor Network to our internal partners
Representing Principal Advisor Network on projects and committees
Working closely with the Field Supervisory Associates
Bachelor’s degree in business Management, Marketing or related field is required.
10 or more years of related experience.
Must have an understanding of the broker dealer, registered products, compliance and the regulatory environment.
Must be able to work independently with strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong presentation skills are helpful.
Non-solicitation agreement required upon hire.
