About this position:

This Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of type and level of positions including non-exempt, exempt , which are assigned based on business need. This recruiter will most likely work the Northern Midwest and our clinical leaders to fill their staffing needs. This is a high volume and fast paced role with a lot of Teamwork and Fun!

We have an average of 30-40 reqs (sometimes more depending on the Village needs) and have a goal to fill this position in 32 days or less.

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience within a dynamic environment (focus on providing customer service to clients as well as high volume environments are a great fit, like from a staffing firm or consulting experience)

  • Experience using an enterprise level applicant tracking system (we have Workday) to track and report candidate and job statistics

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)

  • AIRS certification is a plus
