At AWS Enterprise Support Services we'relooking for a Principal Technical Account Manager to support our customers'creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies,including Compute, Storage, Database, Data Analytics,Application-level services, Networking, Serverless and more. This is not asales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisorand 'voice of the customer'.As a Principal Technical Account Manager you will directly influence how ourlargest customers use AWS. You will help executives embrace agility anddeliver high impact transformation. You will interface with enterprisearchitects to understand business drivers and assess application portfoliosensuring that cloud solutions are highly scalable, flexible and resilient.You will serve as an advocate for your customer and help shape the futureroadmap of AWS services.Candidates must have AWS knowledge and extensive experience managing supportand operations for customers that have top line revenue impact on a business.In this role you will develop and execute on an operational support strategythat helps our customers continue to grow and be successful on the AWSplatform.You must have proven ability to explain transformational concepts to executivedecision makers and influence their technology strategy.
