Founded in the late 1990s, we are a Full-Service Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection/Alarm Engineering Design Firm specializing in the design of aerospace, federal, industrial, healthcare, higher education and K-12 facilities. In addition, the firm has expertise in the design of bio-hazardous facilities, mission critical facilities, research laboratories, central utility plants, pharmaceutical production plants, clean rooms and commercial and medical office buildings.
What You Will Be Doing
-Self sufficient project engineer, develops systems diagrams
-Establish project schedule and production with assistance of a project manager
-Generate fee proposals
-Responsible for keeping projects on budget and demonstrate profitability on a consistent basis
-Comprehensive engineering knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems
-Develop and maintain client relationships and contacts
-Review all documents and deliverables for accuracy and quality, including letters, reports, etc.
-Actively participate and successfully deliver new business development
-Mentor all Level I, II and III Engineers as well as Designers/CAD staff
-Actively involved and staying current in all aspects of consulting engineering, including but not limited to: design, code, emerging technologies, industry trends,
liabilities, standard of care, registration and licensing
-Contribute to in-house training/education efforts
What You Need for this Position
---Professional Engineering License (P.E.)---
7+ years of related experience
Previous management / leadership experience
