HopSkipDrive helps schools and families get kids where they need to go safely and dependably. We are building a national transportation network that connects schools & families with trusted CareDrivers, who get kids where they need to go safely, reliably and economically.
We were founded by 3 moms who have 8 kids between them and who developed HopSkipDrive as a solution to their own transportation challenges. We are VC-backed with investment and involvement from nearly every major LA investor including Upfront Ventures, Greycroft and Pritzker, with more than $20M in funding.

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager, who is experienced and entrepreneurial with a proven track record driving and accelerating revenue growth through customer acquisition. You will be primarily focused on growing the CareDriver side of our marketplace. You will report to the Vice President of Growth and work across multiple teams, partnering with Marketplace Operations, Product, Business Intelligence and Engineering to develop, test, and optimize new and existing channels to drive CareDriver acquisition across all geographic markets.
You are equal parts growth marketer, analyst, and business strategist. You start with the customer and customer experience and work backward to develop programs and experiments to address their specific needs. You get out of bed every day thinking about new ways to grow the business, and you are relentlessly curious about testing new ways to drive exponential results.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Lead acquisition and activation marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
Deeply understand CareDrivers, what makes them interested in driving on the HopSkipDrive platform and where they are most likely to find out about and get interested in driving for HopSkipDrive
Define and execute a strategy to get CareDrivers passionately engaged with HopSkipDrive
Own the acquisition budget and manage creative and technical resources to ensure objectives are met (or exceeded!)
Live in the data to uncover key business insights and opportunities for engagement
Work cross-functionally with CareDriver operations, product, engineering, business intelligence, and finance to create new, more sophisticated strategies for growth
Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs for all campaigns and work with BI team to ensure reporting requirements and dashboards are set-up prior to campaign launches and media tests
Manage and drive third-party agencies, ad networks, other service providers and vendors in the debriefing and execution of media strategies.
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to grow and gain market share.
At least 5 years of proven experience in a growth marketing function at a high-growth company
Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and funnel optimization
Strong in SQL, proven analytical background
A love of data. You can analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations for senior executives
Excel whiz. You should be comfortable with creating pivot tables, vlookups, text formulas, etc.
Structured thinking and ability to solve complex problems
Experience working cross-functionally: including Product, Data Science and Engineering
Expert at project management, able to independently manage multiple projects at various stages at one time
Bachelor?s degree in a quantitative field
