Cybersecurity Account ManagerKey Role:Position the firm's capabilities with regard to Cyber incident response forthe commercial insurance carrier, insurance broker, and legal firmmarkets. Develop and execute on a program to develop relationships withinsurance carriers, insurance brokers, and legal firms to generate salesopportunities due to awareness of Booz Allen Cyber capabilities. Develop andmaintain key senior contacts and relationships across insurance carrier,insurance broker, and legal firm markets. Measure success by theestablishment, maintenance, and growth of a pipeline for IR and relatedcapabilities. Leverage existing contacts and relationships to establishroutine meetings and appointments with targeted stakeholders to collaboratewith Booz Allen on incident response. Introduce Booz Allen's incidentresponse capability and experts to insurance carriers, insurance brokers,and legal firms with the objective of positioning the firm as a credible andlikely source to engage on client opportunities. Build social capital withinthe insurance carrier, insurance broker, and legal firm markets andestablish long term relationships built on trust.Basic Qualifications:-8+ years of experience with professional services, including eitherpositioning insurance products or insurance panel solutions sales to largeinsurance carriers, insurance brokers, and legal firms-Experience with Cyber incident response and insurance practices related toCyber incident response.-Experience with building long term relationships in the insurance carrier,insurance broker, and legal firm markets-Experience with developing and selling to insurance carriers, insurancebrokers, and legal firms-Experience with developing and executing market strategies for relationshipdevelopment and market growth-Ability to assist sales with proposal efforts to position, engage, andclose business for Cyber incident response-BA or BS degree requiredAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with building referral programs or alliance relationships in thecommercial or private sector markets-Experience in a similar role with a large system integrator or managementconsultancy in the commercial market-Ability to grasp cross-functional subject matter, including people,process, and technology aspects of change across multiple business units-Ability to be a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment-Ability to be effective in a collaborative, matrix management environment-Possession of excellent business consulting and listening skills-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-MBA, MS, or JD degree preferredWe're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color,religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin,disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-tofearlessly driWe are proud of our diverse environment.
