FREEMAN Coordinator - Rigging in Denver, Colorado

Freeman is seeking a Rigging Coordinator to perform the day to day activities and operations in the rigging department. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Check service manual orders for accuracy

  • Handle incoming calls regarding rigging orders

  • Document technical questions for assigned rigging foremen

  • Check with exhibitors in regards to chain hoist, truss, and lighting requirements

  • Check weight and electrical requirements

  • Process advance exhibitor orders for rigging

  • Coordinate with Stage Rigging as necessary

  • Audit orders on a day-by-day basis

  • Interact with co-workers in other departments, and branches on a daily basis.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Familiarity with pertinent information for all shows and show rules and regulations

  • Typing speed of 40 wpm with a high level of accuracy

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must have ability to follow procedural guidelines

  • Must be dependable with a team player attitude

  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with TSS system
