Chewy Manager of Brand Marketing Communications in Dania Beach, Florida

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric Manager of Brand Marketing Communications to lead strategy, marketing campaign development, and GTM execution at our Dania Beach, FL location. With storytelling, strategic insights and data acumen, this role will actively shape and express the Chewy brand to drive consumer awareness, preference and loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities:

Contribute to brand strategy development (vision, mission, values, positioning, architecture, etc)

Translate strategy into integrated marketing plans and campaign strategy across consumer touchpoints focusing on the Chewy brand and Chewy.com

Leverage market insights, competitive understanding and deep consumer insights based on macro view of the market and the specific Chewy audience and customer base.

Collaborate with category marketing managers to ensure product marketing campaigns are consistent with Chewy brand voice, personality and values.

Partner with internal creative services as well as external agencies to develop creative strategy, campaign ideation and execution.

Determine the right marketing mix and deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing campaign execution.

Create close collaborative relationships with marketing channel specialists (email, social, digital paid and organic, digital video, TV, OOH, events, sponsorships, partnerships, PR etc).

Establish metrics and optimize strategy and execution based on consumer insights, marketing analytics and behavioral data.

Establish campaign metrics and reporting to the broader organization

Develop internal case studies and evangelize best practices in consumer centric, data informed marketing.

Engage with consumer research team to apply consumer insights for planning, strategy and opportunity assessment.

Qualifications

Experience with establishing and scaling consumer brands in a variety of context and scenarios.

Deep experience in connecting marketing and creative strategy

Fluent in online and offline channel metrics and measurement

Experience with omnichannel campaign development and management

Able to provide leadership, mentorship and build internal culture

Proven track record in the consumer tech space with an emphasis on bringing together digital and offline experiences.

What you\u0026#39;ll need:

5-7 years of consumer brand management and marketing experience ideally in both corporate and startup environments

Breadth of experience across marketing data-driven consumer services and more traditional consumer product (retail, goods, CPG).

Ability to collaborate with product management and technology teams in Agile environments.

Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization

Comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous self-starter environment

Ability to influence and gain internal mindshare

Provide structure and codify practices, rituals, and process

Affinity for pets, animals and the pet owners
