The Client Development Representative processes orders, generate transactions, and provide customer service assistance to complete exhibit orders. Knowledgeable of all Freeman services. Responsible for accurate order and payment entry, focusing on data quality and integrity.

  • Correspond with potential and current Freeman customers via email and phone.

  • Process graphic orders for small signs and exhibit components that can be ordered online or by order form and additional transactional items such as carpet, kit furnishings, etc.

  • Verifies entered orders/payments for accuracy.

  • Makes necessary corrections to information entered.

  • Reviews graphic orders, exhibit components, and bill appropriately.

  • Secures payment for any products and services sold.

  • Quotes, closes on sales, procures payment, and processes orders through the Freeman system.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment working with customers via phone, web and instant messaging while maintain professionalism and outstanding customer service strongly preferred.

  • Musts provide services onsite based in Dallas locations.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, total price, commissions, percentages, and tax for invoicing purposes.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to type 40 wpm or 6,000 KSPH with 95% accuracy.
