Work closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans
Have a thorough understanding of internal and external drivers and be able to explain how they are impacting performance and trending
Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required
Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources
Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
Edit and manage forecasting reports
Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
Flexible individuals comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations
Support weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P L forecasting
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Financial planning analysis (go-to-market experience prioritized)
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Skill with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
