KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Integrated Office Network organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual administrative support for engagement team members on specific support offerings including billing, travel, and engagement letters

  • Participate in providing input on process improvement and quality controls

  • Interact with clients requiring strong verbal and written communication with customers related to support offerings in terms of scope, turnaround times, and required information

  • Prepare work product according to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of executive support or relevant business experience, preferably within a professional services environment, customer service experience preferred

  • High School Diploma/Some College coursework is preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills; and customer service oriented

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment; and work well in a team setting

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills; utilize inquiry skills to understand the nature of assigned tasks; and flexibility to work overtime
