Find yours and join us today.The Engineering Co-Op is "hosted" by the Engineering Department at one of our manufacturing/distribution facilities, our technical center or headquarters.Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Plant Engineers with:*Equipment analysis*New installations and facility revisions*Developing drawings and specifications for equipment layout*Investigation of new plant engineering processes and techniques*Administrative activities*Special projects as identified by the Engineering TeamPlease note that we do not provide housing.Basic Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the futureMust be currently enrolled in an accredited four year college or university at the time of the internshipMust have sophomore, junior or senior class standingMust have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8Must be willing to relocate if, in the future, considered for a Trainee positionMust have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power PointOther Qualifications:Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrial Engineering or related majors are strongly preferredPrevious internship, co-op or work experience in a related field is a plusDemonstrated leadership by involvement in extra curricular activiites on campus or in the communityWho we are -At Sherwin-Williams, we're proud of the company we keep - our family of loyal employees.
