PLAN International will implement an eighteen (18) month project entitled “Expansion and Maintenance of Life-saving Disaster Preparedness, Child protection as well as Water and Sanitary Services for Hazard and Conflict-Affected Communities in Mindanao”. The project intends to contribute enable boys, girls, young men and young women and their families and communities to prepare themselves for emergencies, realize their rights to protection from violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation, and are able to perform sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene practices through appropriate prevention and response interventions.

In this regard, PLAN International Philippines invites highly competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the following position:


The Logistics and Procurement Staff provides administrative support in canvassing, purchasing, and logistic support services to the project area

Some of the other key responsibilities are: 1.) prepare canvass sheets and purchase orders based on approved purchase requisition and budget allocation, 2.) Facilitate bidding of purchases in accordance with the standard guidelines and requirements, 3.) liaise with suppliers and service providers, 4.) facilitate approved requests for flight, accommodation and function booking, and; 5.) assist the committee in the physical inventory of fixed assets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, and other related courses.

  • Minimum three (3) years work experience in the areas of procurement, logistics and asset management

  • Has relevant exposure and knowledge to records management and basic computer operations (MS Office and email)

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines without restrictions. Local applicants are preferred.
