Kforce Engineering Coordinator in Corvallis, Oregon

Kforce is immediately hiring an Engineering Coordinator to support their Enterprise Client in Corvallis, Oregon (OR).Summary:The qualified candidate will be operating independently and requires excellent judgement in decision making. This person will partner with Engineering teams to coordinate experiment instructions and create task request paperwork to support a lab environment. Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining records, specifications, drawings and other related documentation

  • Assisting with the preparation of ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), creation of BOMs, and assisting internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function

  • Tasks may include, but not be limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager's directions and other established administrative procedures

  • Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company

  • May assist in work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor

  • Uses ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts/techniques and to complete assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways

  • Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where a strong degree of independent judgment, initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems

  • Work is completed independently and has ability to handle most unique situations

  • Frequently determines methods and procedures for new assignments

  • Expert knowledge on the general/technical aspects of the job

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
