Accenture’s Nordic Mobilization team is a dedicated and specialized multi-capability team within Accenture Technology and serves clients across the Nordic region. The team principally delivers following variety of projects and services in Accenture and to our customers:
Transition projects by leading and executing implementation of new application outsourcing engagements. Service transition projects are short (1-3 months) to medium-term (4-6 months) projects that involve project planning and implementation skills to ensure a successful 'start up' of our new client engagements.
Transformation projects including automation and effectiveness improvements in application services.
Divesture projects (M&A) by leading and executing a divesture or an integration of a business entity from an IT perspective.
Client transition and knowledge transfer consultancy services based on our vast transition experience. Typically, we lead transitions or part of transition services for our clients when they outsource to a third party.
Project sales to our clients and sales support to Accenture engagements.
Mobilization/start-up of technology integration projects by implementing best practice project management measures and structures.
Application services introduction by implementing the right measures and managing the move from system development to ongoing system management and maintenance.
Change management projects.
The Nordic Mobilization team are now looking for a Transition Consultant or Manager to strengthen our team based in Denmark.
Lead full Transitions Projects or execute activities in roles as Application Services Transition Team member and Work Stream Lead.
Lead or support Application Services Transformation projects for clients and Accenture delivery units including automation initiatives and effectiveness measures implementation.
Lead or support mobilization of System Integration projects, introducing new services for clients.
Implement Service Management and Unit Operations. This includes implementation of new operating models, governance structures, processes, tools and reporting.
Support the sales process with Service Transition estimation, project planning and description of the approach in proposals and client meetings. It may also include reviewing contract schedules related to transition.
Contribute to transition projects to achieve delivery on time and on budget, working with a variety of workgroups in terms of capabilities and geographical locations.
Establish and maintain good relationships with key client stakeholders to facilitate and support transition projects.
Facilitate and manage knowledge transfer between client and Accenture operational teams to transfer processes, procedures, and application knowledge.
Bachelor or master’s degree within IT or similar. If you don’t have education with IT, it is important that you have a technological understanding of service management and application services. Approximately 3-10 years of relevant experience.
Interest and experience with application maintenance and/or application development.
Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders.
Understanding of service management processes and frameworks (e.g. the offshore service model).
An understanding of the contractual and commercial arrangements for outsourcing engagements.
Very good communication skills, verbally and in writing. Danish/Scandinavian and English at a minimum.
Willingness to work in a project-based work group across the Nordic region and in a variety of environments, and willingness to travel when needed.
