Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Commerce, California


Very established CPA Firm is in need of an Administrative Assistant. Assistant will be supporting multiple partners with daily correspondence, reporting, scheduling, phone calls, e-mails, managing the calendar and light bookkeeping. Client is looking for someone very organized, quick learner, excellent multi-tasking skills and independent worker. Person will be based in the Diamond Bar area, but will need to drive to their Tustin office once or twice a week. Environment is very casual and family oriented. Client is looking for someone with very proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (should know basic formulas).

  • Microsoft Excel

  • 3+ years of administrative support
