Huntington National Bank Social Media Community Manager in Columbus, Ohio
Huntington's Corporate Communications team is hiring a Social Media Community Manager to launch and manage a new internal social media platform that will transform the way our 15,000+ employees communicate and collaborate with one another.
We are looking for a social media professional who:
Knows what it takes to manage a growing social media community and wants to use those skills to help us build a thriving internal social media program
Wants to influence the culture of our company and create a brand new communications channel for our colleagues
Enjoys building programs from the ground up and wants to play a role in shaping the vision, strategy and rollout of this new platform
Embodies Huntington's values: can-do attitude, service heart and forward thinking
Creating and delivering a strategy to launch and manage a new internal social media platform
Communicating the vision and value of the platform to colleagues throughout the bank
Establishing and administering best practices and governance procedures for the platform
Serving as the overarching community manager who oversees and monitors various groups and conversations on the platform
Partnering with teams across the bank to help them build and grow their own groups on the platform
Training colleagues on the platform to drive adoption
Engaging colleagues on the platform through content, polls and commenting
Analyzing and generating reports on platform adoption, engagement and business impact
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media platforms such as Yammer, Facebook/Facebook Workplace, Twitter or Instagram Salesforce Chatter is required.
Team player with strong interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Photography, videography and/or graphic design skills are a plus.
