In this position, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of CRM marketing programs execution. This role will help facilitate with the account manager execution for CRM and Loyalty initiatives from planning, development and delivery for client partners. The ideal candidate will bring the skills needed to contribute strategic points of view as well as interact comfortably with internal and external partners, while applying industry and consultative expertise. The candidate will have energy, enthusiasm and an ongoing commitment to achieving and delivering high quality results while working in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Serve as project lead on execution of CRM campaigns including planning, communication to the team, QC and executing with excellence.
Traffic all CRM execution campaigns from approval to execution.
QC/approve all campaigns to ensure that the creative, copy and functionality are correct.
Collaborate effectively with internal partners, clients and 3rd party vendors throughout the execution of each campaign.
Review tactical execution of campaigns to assure expected strategic results are achieved
Make recommendations to client around strategy and approach
Identify, monitor and analyze metrics for each campaign
Assist in managing expectations and communications with client(s)
Stay current with industry standards and best practices
Assist in other marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
Work with internal departments to support marketing efforts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Demonstrate project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge/background of email, digital & direct marketing
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Exposure to retail loyalty marketing and/or direct marketing is a plus
Proficient experience using a web-based user interface
Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively and independently when necessary
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated proactive thinker
Ability to understand overall business objectives and make accurate, thoughtful decisions
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a marketing/project coordinator position
Project Management experience
