Robert Half International Content Management Administrator in COLUMBUS, Ohio

Description

The Creative Group is looking for a Content Management Administrator who will be responsible for the execution of marketing and communications content on multiple enterprise platforms for both consultant and customer use.This position is expected to ensure the quality of the content and whether it meets the stylistics standards provided by the creative team.Key tasks of this role will be to create, modify, delete and/or migrate content within the necessary business tools and ensure that all content, inclusive of market localized content, is executed within the required timelines of marketing plans.

Digital Execution (70%)

  • Create and maintain content on multiple digital platforms as it relates to the corporate marketing and communications strategy.

  • Complete quality assurance checks to ensure content renders to the creative standards set and all business data pertinent to the site is accurate.

  • Manage project deliverable calendar to ensure the timely receipt and execution of CMS assets.

  • Report on performance of site assets and make recommendations for future site strategies.

  • Work with site developers and UX to ensure performance is continually evolving and improving for users.

  • Complete quality assurance checks to ensure content renders to the standards set by the creative team and that all business data pertinent to the page is accurate.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to devise a content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals

  • Coordinate with marketing staff to update SEO content, including titles, tags, and metadata.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%)

  • Provide training to cross-functional teams on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for digital platform effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across all channels to support business objectives through use of digital tools to maximize Consultant and customer engagement.

  • Work with creative team to ensure all assets are delivered per the timelines set for execution.

  • Coordinate with IT on initiative projects, new functional deliverables, troubleshooting and support.

Requirements

DAM - Digital Asset Management, Digital, CMS Data, HTML - HyperText Markup Language, CSS - Cascade Styling Sheets, Microsoft Office, Cross Functional Project Management, 3-5 years experience, Episerver experience a plus.
