In addition, this position will assist in training and development of associates as well as be responsible for quality control, payroll functions and ordering of supplies as needed. The position will be responsible for multiple customer locations in the central Ohio area.
Customer satisfaction and retention
Provide direction and leadership to associates
Be Flexible in in working hours (ex: splitting shifts, responding when away from site, etc.)
Establish and maintain excellent customer relations
Complete regular quality inspections and act appropriately based on results
Ensure associates and leadership staff are trained properly with a focus on long term retention and safety
Ensure all associates follow policies and procedures
Actively participate in hiring process including communicating current and future staffing needs with recruiter and participating in interview process
Ensure monthly safety trainings are completed, investigate all incidents and acts appropriately based on results
Evaluates associates and recommends promotions, terminations, as well as employee relations matters
Complete and submit reports in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to: payroll, supply budget, attendance reports, and safety reports.
Perform other duties as assigned (including cleaning when needed).
3+ years leadership experience, preferably in the facilities or janitorial field
Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
Ability to effectively build strong relationships with people
Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement
Strong communication skills
MS Office, Internet skills required
