Learn more at - or connect with us on -, -, - or -* Analyst will leverage process, analytical and technical skills to assess business and process requirements, and configure, create and maintain bots in RPA software. The Analyst will be responsible for managing the existing robots. Future requirements will include identifying and optimizing business processes, designing, configuring, creating, implementing and maintaining automations/robots, in a professional project delivery environment.* Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process* Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of the automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required* Support daily administration of the production environment (running processes, maintaining resource virtual machines, viewing logs etc.)* Investigate any issues in the production environment, and raise change requests or support calls with IT where required* Support software release and upgrade of third-party robotic process automation software and tools* Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to design, document and configure automation solutions* Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)* Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough testing* Adhere to IT Information Security protocol (policies and procedures, disaster recovery, business continuity) and support Audit activities as needed Qualifications* 3+ years of programmer and/or analyst experience in the area of supply chain, finance, administrative processes, systems or applications* Bachelor's degree required - preferred college degree in computer science, engineering, or business* Experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.* Experience in developing macros or automation tools* Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenanceInComm is an equal employment opportunity employer.
