Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking candidates with a background in Electrical/Mechanical Assembly. This dynamic organization offers a friendly culture, room for advancement, great benefits and competitive pay. Position is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Day Shift. Located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Perform emitter testing using prescribed methods/work instructions

  • Collect test data and enter into database, as well as analyze data to make process decisions

  • Assist in set up or selection of specialized equipment

  • Performs wide variety of troubleshooting to identify problems

  • Perform machine set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance

  • Rebuild manufacturing equipment when needed to ensure operability


  • Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment

  • Familiarity with Windows and other PC based software

  • Able to safely lift and manipulate 35 pounds

  • Excellent manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination

  • Capable of working with small, detailed objects under a microscope

  • Ability to complete repetitive line work for long periods of time

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Ability to use a variety of small hand tools

  • Ability to work well a team oriented environment

  • Strive to meet targets and deadlines for assembling process
