We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Hardware Engineer Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for:

•Successful project and technical leadership (cost, schedule and technical) for Hardware Engineering tasks identified in the IMS and DRs and SCF.

•Clearly defining assignments and completion dates to Hardware Engineer, Operations and Sustainment; identifying asset needs and coordinating asset availability.

•Communication within the team, across functional areas, and across companies

•Review and approval of artifacts for both LM and NG to ensure data received meets the team needs; monitor execution progress; provide weekly schedule, impact, and recovery status to leadership.

•Provide weekly status charts; support required or as needed program meetings; provide weekly and monthly metrics; identify and estimate risks and opportunities; support engineering change proposals, cost estimating efforts, and BOE development.

•Mitigate road blocks; management within assigned budgets for Hardware Engineer; and strategic initiatives for cost and schedule savings

•Cost Accounting Experience

•Basic Knowledge of System Hardware/procurement

•Secret Clearance


•Excellent communication skills

•Multitasking ability
