We are a premiere, independent wholesaler for Contractors in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry. We are committed to supporting our Contractors needs across all facets of their business- from Marketing, to acquiring product, to servicing their customers. This individual will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the business needs of HVAC/R Contractors

  • Effectively teaching customers how services and products provided through Johnstone Supply will improve their business

  • Developing sales presentations unique to customers’ business and the sales process

  • Managing assigned accounts and successfully prospecting for new customers

  • Expanding opportunities for existing customers

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

-Critical thinking skills

-Strong interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication

-Minimum five (5) years of experience in outside sales

-Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

-Industry experience a plus but is NOT REQUIRED!
