Manpower Group Fulfillment Assemblers / Packers - Bond Hill in Cincinnati, Ohio

Manpower is hiring Fulfillment Assemblers to work at a locally owned fulfillment service company located in Bond Hill . If you are a hard-worker that enjoys a fast-paced environment, you may be a perfect fit for their team!

What's in it for you?

  • Day Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm ($12.00 hour)

  • Weekly Pay

  • Temporary to hire (based on performance)

  • Benefits 30 + 1 days upon hire

What is the job?

A fulfillment Operator is responsible for completing orders and has expertise in Assembly or Packing

  • Reads and adheres to work instructions

  • Meet individual productivity standards (quotas)

  • Notifies supervisor for any equipment, material issues or workplace hazards

  • Keeps work area organized and clean


  • Utilize a hand-held scanner to receive and process assignments throughout the work day

  • Navigates warehouse by walking to designed locations and accurately pick required items

  • Upon completion of an order, delivers picked items to a Packer for processing


  • Manages items provided by Pickers from the Warehouse, adds literature, kit/combine items into boxes

  • Utilizes a computer and order management web application to accurately process orders for shipment

  • Double check work; ensuring accurate shipping information is assigned to individual shipments

  • Uses tape to properly seal boxes and label accurately

What you bring to the job?

  • 1+ years recent experience working in a warehouse / distribution (fulfillment) center

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions

  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs

  • Ability to pass a Drug Screen
