Technology Project & Program Manager

Within our Professional Services Organization, the Project Manager works closely with project teams, product managers, key account executives, partners and customers to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions. This individual has a strong experience in project management and implementation of software solutions for small and medium projects. He/She needs to be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is detail oriented and highly organized. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.


  • Manage day-to-day implementation of Enablon software solutions working with multiple clients simultaneously. Team size is typical 2-5 Enablon members

  • Ensure that the Enablon project management processes and best practices are in use throughout the project lifecycle. Align appropriate resources to meet project goals and deadlines

  • Coach project team member to complete their tasks

  • Communicate Project Status Report, manage project reporting and lead steering committees. Participate in project review meetings.

  • Ensure high quality Project deliverables and the proper implementation of QA plans

  • Identify and manage project risks, control change on projects and escalate when appropriate

  • Support sales cycle to produce well defined project implementation estimates.

  • Manage client expectations proactively and help manage to "zero surprises". Act as the “Voice of the Customer”

  • Suggest additional products and features to better serve the customer and help them accomplish their business goals

  • Build relationships with services partners on his/her projects

  • Create training programs for clients. Ensure all users are properly trained and users embrace the product

  • Follow up with client during and post implementation to ensure client satisfaction


  • Minimum of five years of professional experience working on software or integration projects

  • Minimum of two years of project management and implementation of software solutions for large enterprises

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR minimum of six years of experience in a professional services organization

  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners

  • Proven track record for project planning, delivery, control and completion

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
