CCB Recruiting Specialized Recruiter

The Consumer and Community Banking Specialized Recruiter will support both exempt and non-exempt recruiting within Consumer and Community Banking Recruiting team. As a Specialized Recruiter, your primary responsibilities include partnering with the Hiring Manager to design and execute a staffing strategy resulting in quality talent acquisition. You are responsible for creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of channels.

The Specialized Recruiter will work to ensure that Chase is positioned to attract, recruit and retain the best talent, both internally and externally in the target market(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent.

• Brand yourself in the talent marketplace as the contact for Chase in the field you support.

• Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience at Chase focusing on the Five Keys to a Great Customer Experience.

• Adding real and measurable value to your business partners, hiring managers and peers.

• Utilize various techniques including direct, cold-calling, referral-based calling, professional networking, social media and broadcast emails to develop diverse slate of candidate.

• Build relationships with top talent within geography and "drip" on identified prospects for talent pipelines and referral sources.

• Build a database utilizing competitive intelligence through market research.

• Consult with Hiring Managers to develop defined recruitment strategies to create active applicant pool to meet business requirements.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to generate ideas and share information to facilitate an effective search process.

• Identify and source for diversity through working with external and internal resources and focus on military hiring within Consumer and Community Banking.

• Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring solid focus around risks and controls.

• Ability to organically generate a pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Deliver quality full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, closing and executing the offer with the candidate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Five or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or agency/niche recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

• Three or more years as a Sales or Specialty Recruiter with experience developing and executing creative, proactive sourcing strategies at a regional level is strongly preferred.

• Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience at Chase focusing on the Five Keys to a Great Customer Experience.

• Experience in sourcing component of recruiting for specific and niche skills

• Significant knowledge sourcing and maintaining relationships with diverse candidate pool.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities and initiatives.

• Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Must be innovative, creative and results oriented with strong organization and follow through skills.

• Must be detail oriented and familiar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comprehensive experience with MS Office.

• Experience in financial services, consulting or consumer driven industries, specifically payments industry, are strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
