Join us and together we'll maximize the value of your career. RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Enter requisitions and processing vendor purchase orders

+ Document and record rational for ordering new purchases

+ Reviewing requisitions, invoices, and PO to validate a three-way match

+ Work with vendors to create and terminate accounts

+ Work with key contacts to validate, update, and cancel accounts

+ Ensure invoices are properly coded by auditing monthly accounting reports

+ Work with finance on the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close reports

+ Work with budgets and actuals for tracking and reporting

+ Support weekly, quarterly and annual technology financial forecasting

+ Understand and be able to explain internal and external payments

+ Composing, editing and formatting financial reports

+ Setup and maintain project codes

+ Process new vendors to be set up in the financial system

+ Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

+ Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

+ Accept additional responsibilities as needed


+ College education is required

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel

+ Skilled in organizing and prioritizing

+ Experience working with vendors on creating, updating, and canceling accounts

+ Knowledge of accounts payable and working in different currencies

+ Ability to accept direction and additional responsibilities as necessary

+ Knowledge of general accounting procedures

+ Ability to work as part of a team

+ Must be proficient in data entry

+ Budgeting experience desired

+ Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

+ Ability to solve problems

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Mathematical aptitude and analytical ability desired

+ Ability to accomplish tasks without supervision

+ Must possess a positive and professional attitude

+ Experience working with virtual / remote staff members
