Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business with accounts that are primarily not doing business with WK today

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for approximately 170+ accounts within an assigned territory

  • Play a lead role in driving software sales

  • Work with an internal sales team to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships

  • Gather detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities

  • Lead team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts

  • Help ensure professional sales coordination and account planning

  • Resolve possible account ownership issues

  • Write and submit proposals, developing and executing account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with demonstrated success in new sales acquisition

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience selling to multiple levels within banking or financial institutions

  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas

  • Experience making in-person presentations to prospective clients to explain the business' products and services and their alignment to client needs

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
