Establish and grow strategic relationships with our enterprise clients to help ensure client satisfaction and customer needs are being met
Help the client improve and expand the use of and value received from the products and services offered
Gain expertise on the complex and comprehensive product line; learning industry and product line best practices
Stay informed of the account management-related processes, as well as maintain and grow existing customer business
Serve as a liaison for clients and act as trusted advisor with clients largely through a rigorous hands-on approach
Manage the client relationship throughout the entire project life cycle and contribute to and execute department process improvement initiatives
Execute and contribute to prescribed account management processes for accounts by understanding the complexities of selling products and services to law departments
Maintain and grow existing customer business to meet annual sales goals by identifying and understanding client business needs and the value provided by existing solutions; regularly contacting and meeting with customers, remaining informed of their business needs, and promoting the value provided by solutions
A minimum of three years of account management and/or client service experience including experience selling software products and/or services; preferably within the legal industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience managing relationships with internal or external clients at any level
Experience developing and delivering executive level summaries, reports and presentations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
