We are looking for a new colleague in our team as a Preventative Maintenance Field Service Technician! The PM Tech performs preventative maintenance on all assigned Esko equipment. Will maintain exceptional customer relationships and drive excellence in customer service. Handles and/or participates on a team that resolves customers' problems and issues. Requires extended travel on short notice. Up to 75% travel including overnight stays. Must have valid driver's license. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Adheres to field service technical standards. Monitors field service policies procedures and standards. Recommends changes. Adheres to policies and procedures.
•secondary school in electronics/electrical/mechanics/technical field and or military work experience •excellent problem solving skills •professional, good communication •willing to learn •up to 75% travel
