POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Strategy and Analytics group works across our sales, marketing, product and service teams to build frameworks, processes and metrics to solve key problems that help drive our business forward. Focusing on incorporating customer based analysis and analytical insights, the team has a direct impact on our sales and marketing processes in an effort to improve our strategic and tactical approach to sales effectiveness.

As a CIM (Customer Information Management) Data Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely CRM data. Your role will complete data and process quality reviews and as well as resolve trade resolution issues and other information updates and corrections to the CRM system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Conducta quality reviews of trade resolution alias entities within the CRM system(Salespage) on an ongoing basis; independently identify issues, action stepsand implement changes

  • Provideideas to improve trade resolution effectiveness and efficiencies; participatein the implementation

  • Reviewand complete data modification requests in our CRM system

  • Research,respond and resolve all email/phone requests from various internal departmentsindependently

  • Providead hoc reporting assistance

  • Completedaily matching of transactions to financial advisors, using informationprovided and gathered through firm files, independent research via internet andphone

  • Usebusiness experience and logic to executetrade resolution data accurately and in a timely manner to assist salesand marketing distribution activities

  • Communicatewith internal and external data providers and customer firms to resolve variousdata errors that occur in the trade resolution process

  • Addand update customer entities within the CRM system related to the current firmpriorities and distribution initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Completed bachelor’s degree upon hire

  • One or more years of work experience in a business office environment

  • Prior experience working with a CRM system preferred

  • Prior experience in financial services preferred

  • Sound decision-making skills and experience

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities based on competing initiatives

  • Demonstrated detail-oriented skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, as well as independently

  • Self-motivated and service-oriented individual
