Persons in this role act as a point of contact for clients and other operational employees while adhering to regulatory standards. Job Duties:


+ Serve as first point of contact to efficiently handle incoming requests from clients, Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Private Bankers and other internal partners



+ Review client account activity daily to ensure overall accuracy, proper settlement of transactions and account reconciliation



+ Provide customized reporting and analysis to client, Investment Advisor and/or Portfolio Manager on a regular or ad hoc basis



+ Perform account maintenance including but not limited to opening new accounts, funds disbursements, name/address changes, facilitating ACAT transfers, gifting securities, objective changes, cost updates and entering client directed orders



+ Assist with the development and implementation process of operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of client service support for continued client satisfaction



+ Identify problems immediately and escalate issues to management to seek timely resolutions



+ Assist with compliance and record keeping


Qualifications:


+ Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required



+ 1 - 3 years of experience in financial services; client-facing experience a plus



+ FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses strongly preferred, or required shortly after hire



+ Highly proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)



+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and organized with proactive follow-up skills; strong client focus



+ Capability to partner with various internal groups



+ Proven ability to work independently and competently handle multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
