Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance & Management of Account Fulfillment, Back-Office team at outsourced service provider

  • Governance & Management of Projects team at outsourced service provider

  • Governance & Management of UAT team - Commercial Cards

  • End to End Process Owner of Tech Change Management process

  • End to End Process Owner of Account Fulfillment, Back-Office processes in the region including in-country processing teams.

  • Process owner and governance of technology helpdesk function

  • Represent Asia and get things done for Asia on Global forum for operations & technology initiatives

  • Matrix management of all tech projects for the business

  • Direct management of critical projects

  • Responsible for pristine system releases throughout the year

  • Work with Implementation Team, support the client transition from implementation into BAU

  • Undertake regular Service Reviews with Countries and Vendors, identifying opportunities for improvement and owning the resolution of any resulting issues

  • Day-to-day problem resolution, escalation and productivity management

  • Identify areas for digitization and optimization. Implement and support the digitizing initiatives

  • Identify trends and carry-out frequent analysis to ensure smooth operation of the cards program and related projects such as digitization and robotics

  • Practice effective continuous process improvement across Operations, Product and Vendors to reduce errors, bottlenecks and ultimately costs

  • Monitor SLAs, service quality and fraud levels

  • To own and manage distinct projects and initiatives to drive the level of client and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Job Skills/Qualification:

  • Cards product and system knowledge will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of US sanctions and compliance

  • Knowledge of project methodology and best practices

  • Operations/Project Management experience

  • Analytical, highly numerate, detailed oriented & methodical

  • Skilled with MS Office, particularly MS Excel

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) & ability to communicate at all levels

  • Ability to work across functions and across geographical boundaries

  • Self-motivated and demonstrates high level of initiative
