Kelly Services Project Manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Our client, largest health benefit plan company in Tennessee, is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager for a one year contract with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Chattanooga, TN

The hours and pay for this position are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm\t

  • Pay rate is up to $45.91 per hour W2

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

\t

  • Support the design, development and execution of consumer experience projects.\t

  • Support activities include project planning, discovery, definition, design and delivery.\t

  • Consult with business partners and peers on efforts seeking highly collaborative individuals who put consumers at the center of every problem they try to solve.\t

  • Assist with facilitating conversations, workshops and design sessions with internal and client teams to explore problems, prototype solutions and create alignment.\t

  • Work with cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, copywriters, marketers and digital strategists, you should have the ability to inspire innovative solutions.\t

  • Champion an innovation mind-set and coordinate a variety of innovation approaches; e.g. human-centered design thinking, lean development, innovation sprints to design, develop, prototype, and test innovative consumer experiences.\t

  • Support market analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.\t

  • Identify customer insights and needs and look at platforms, communications, and experiences through the lens of the customer in order to make strategic recommendations on how to improve.

Requires a B.A. in communications, design, marketing, UX, research, psychology or related field and 5 years of experience with consulting, service, customer experience, research, operations or related consumer-focused function. Must possess an ability to see the bigger picture, translating what you see and observe into opportunities that excite and engage clients. Ability to interpret and synthesize qualitative research into insights. Must have excellent organization and communication skills. Must have demonstrated expertise at problem solving and investigating a consumer’s journey end to end. Must have experience working on multi-disciplinary teams within strategy, design, research and technology. Looking for a personality that is curious, observant, and insightful; enjoys challenging assumptions, working through tough problems, and resolving ambiguity.
