Kelly Services Healthcare Contract Support Specialist in Chattanooga, Tennessee
Kelly Services has a long term temporary Contract Support Specialist opportunity with a top employer in the downtown area. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining contracts for professional and ancillary providers. The Contract Specialist provides critical support to the organization of the provider contracting process through administrative functions to ensure timely implementation of contracts. Responsibilities include the installation and administration of assigned contracts and amendments in the contract management system. High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years- experience in managed care, medical insurance, provider relations or customer service environment required.
Data entry experience required
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to change.
Prior knowledge in healthcare contracting is a plus. -
