A small business in Chatsworth is currently seeking a detail oriented dedicated full-time bookkeeper with exceptional reconciliation skills. iExpert experience with Excel and QuickBooks is an absolute must. iA minimum of 5 years experience required.Duties and Responsibilities:iAP/AR: input bills, issue checks, mail payments, manage office vendor/client contracts. iSet up monthly monetary wiring instructions and verify receiving account status.iVerify and process payments, deposit checks.iPerform timely billing reconciliations for a multitude of client accounts to company database and insurance carrier.iCredit/Debit Cards: verify and organize receipts, expense allocation, enter into QuickBooks 2013 Edition.iMonthly bank reconciliationsiGeneral Ledger maintenance and journal entries.iMaintain orderly accurate corporate documents, spreadsheets and filesiAll Corporate filings in a timely manner.iPreparation for end of tax year and liaison with CPAiManage payroll; Plus iW-2s and 1099siGeneral bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.Minimum Requirements:iExceptional computer and Excel skillsiStrong accounting/bookkeeping experienceiSolid understanding of standard accounting practices, general bookkeeping and commonly used concepts and proceduresiGood written and oral communicationsiMust be detail oriented-accuracy is essentialiAbility to work collaboratively and independently with a high confidentiality and thoroughness
