Talent Acquisition Consultant Sr - Sourcing Consultant

Responsible for leading sourcing, candidate attraction and candidate pipeline development efforts for specific professional areas (Corporate Functions). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.

  • Coordinates social media and digital ad campaigns for candidate generation.

  • Mines internet sites using advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.

  • May solicit funding for recruitment strategy efforts.

  • Coordinates, represents and participates in recruitment events as required to fill open positions and maintain prospect relationships.

  • Provides technical guidance and leadership to more junior level talent acquisition team.

  • Serves as a senior project team member on staffing projects.

Requires

BA degree;

4 years experience in recruiting and placement of exempt staff;

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience working with the Taleo ATS preferred.

2+ years of recent experience with proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline strategies for professional, exempt positions is strongly preferred.
