The Investment Solutions Group (ISG) Finance team partners with LOB leaders to support ISG’s vision of providing world-class investment strategies, platforms, solutions and support for clients across all BAC lines of business. The finance team is responsible for business analytics that support strategic planning, business initiatives, forecasting, performance substantiation and product profitability.

The teammate in this role should be comfortable in a fast paced environment, have a solid financial acumen and strong background in Excel and PowerPoint. This role provides an opportunity for the candidate to understand the metrics, analytics and key story lines for the ISG business.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Ownership of the Bi-Weekly ISG Dashboard

  • Reporting direct expenses and headcount for ISG LOBs and assisting with plan/forecast development

  • Monthly reporting and variance analytics

  • Coordination of CFO/Corporate initiatives

  • Key finance partner handling ad-hoc requests and strategic analysis for business leadersRequired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree - Finance/Accounting preferred

  • 2-4 yearsof accounting orfinance experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products; advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Highly organized and attention to detail

  • Effectively manages time and follows through on commitments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong business partnering experience / skills including the ability to interact and communicate equally well within all levels of an organization

  • eLedger and Essbase knowledge and experienceDesired Skills

  • Wealth Management industry experience

  • Comfort working with complex Financial Products

Responsible for more complex finance activities involving implementation of strategic plans, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for a business unit or associate area. Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. Leads projects and coordinates resources. May provide supervision to a small staff. Can manage partner relationships.
