Job Description:

The Consumer and GWIM Reporting & Analysis team is part of the Consumer Banking CFO organization supporting both finance and LOB executives. The primary focus of our team is managing reporting and analysis, driving change and helping the business and finance stay focused on key strategic priorities. Our team manages reporting for various corporate & line of business routines, with exposure to full Balance Sheet and P&L. Our business partners span the Consumer Bank, the Wealth Management business and the multiple support partners, with exposure to senior line of business and finance / support function executives. Key priorities for our team focus on corporate routines, including forecast, business reviews with the CEO, Management Team & Board Meetings as well as internal business routines and external presentations.

The teammate in this role will integrally support emerging work on several key operational excellence workstreams for both the Consumer LOB and the broader Finance organization. The work streams will provide the candidate with extensive opportunity to work across the organizations and with Senior Leaders. Additionally, as part of the Consumer and GWIM Reporting & Analysis team, the candidate will be responsible for monthly/forecast reporting & analysis, senior leadership presentation materials and supporting ever-changing business needs. Generally, our work routine occurs with peaks throughout month/quarter-end, forecast and for senior management deliverables. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships across all revenue and expense finance teams, and Line of business / COO contacts as applicable. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen across the Consumer Bank and the Wealth Management business, including Balance Sheet, Revenue, Provision, Expense, Allocations and develop or improve a broader understanding of both Consumer and GWIM Strategies. Ad hoc and special project work will provide experience on outputs that go to the highest levels of the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Finance/Accounting)

  • 3-5 years of exp.

  • Forecast/Planning Experience

  • FP&A Experience

  • Advance Excel and Financial Statement Analysis Experience

  • Comfort working with complex Financial Products

Desired Skills:

  • SAP/eLedger

  • Advanced Excel, Modeling, Data Manipulation

  • PowerPoint Skills

Responsible for more complex finance activities involving implementation of strategic plans, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for a business unit or associate area. Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. Leads projects and coordinates resources. May provide supervision to a small staff. Can manage partner relationships.
