Bank of America Senior Financial Analyst - Incentive Center of Excellence in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, decision and respond to incentive related requests based on established SLAs and productivity targets

  • Ensure all actions taken adhere to department procedures, controls, and risk appetite

  • Become a subject matter expert on specific incentive plans

  • Identify trends in incentive related requests, help determine root cause and provide suggestions on how to automate upstream problem or re-contract work

  • Accept ownership of escalations/issues and respond to clients with resolutions, coaching on plan design and guidelines

  • Assist with miscellaneous initiatives and projects within the department

  • Maintain critical process and procedure documentation

  • Assist with training and supervising junior analysts

  • Ability to provide process improvements to increase the overall efficiency, effectiveness and consistency of procedures while managing to lower risk

  • Control oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of bank systems (e.g. CMC, Interact, Siebel, myPerformance, iFulfill, ACAPs, PMRR)

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Acute attention to detail

Resolves research and adjustment inquiries in support of Consumer or Small Business incentive plan calculations by leveraging multiple Bank platforms. Ensures actions taken are aligned with department procedures and controls. Identifies trends in research requests. May assist in the administration of incentive plans. May supervise staff and manage workflow of junior analysts.
